Shipping & Delivery Information
1. How long does it take to ship an order?

Ready to Ship: Orders marked as Ready to Ship may take up to 48 hours to process and dispatch.

Customized Lenses: Orders requiring lens customization may take 5–7 business days to ship, depending on the lenses and services selected.

Same-Day Shipping: If your product is eligible for same-day shipping, your order must be placed before 5 PM EST for it to qualify.
2. How will my order be delivered?
All orders are securely packed and delivered through trusted courier partners such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Purolator. If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery within North America typically takes 5–7 business days. International shipping times may vary depending on location and courier services selected.
3. What is the difference between a shipping address and billing address? Where will my package be delivered?

Shipping Address: The destination where your package will be delivered (entered at checkout).

Billing Address: The address linked to your credit card billing details.

For smoother processing, we recommend keeping both addresses the same.
4. What are my shipping charges?
Shipping charges are determined by the weight and volume of your order. Costs may vary by product and destination. Please note:

Certain provinces, states, and countries may impose local duties and taxes at the time of delivery, which are the customer’s responsibility.

This applies to all international orders, including shipments to the USA.
5. What if I do not receive my package on time?
Please allow additional time for deliveries to non-major centers or remote areas. Delays may also occur due to weather conditions, holidays, courier service interruptions, or other factors beyond our control. In such circumstances, Ottika will not be liable for refunds, returns, or exchanges due to late delivery.
